"Asunto on hyvin varusteltu ja siisti. Löytyy mm. hiustenkuivaaja ja silitysrauta/lauta. Keittiössä todella hyvä varustetaso. (Huom. uunia ei ole). Sänky ok. Olisi voinut olla enemmän kuin 2 tyynyä. Talo on uudehko ja erittäin rauhallinen. Pieneltä parvekkeelta kiva näkymä linnoituskukkulalle. Erityisesti illalla tunnelmallinen. Omaan makuun sijainti on kiva, koska asunto sijaitsee pahimman turistialueen ulkopuolella ja samalla näkee aitoa Nizzan elämää. Lähetä löytyy hyvät kulkuyhteydet julkisilla ja kävellen pääsee mukavasti vanhaan kaupunkiin rannan tai kukkulan kautta. Läheltä löytyy myös kivoja vähän edukkaampia ravintoloita. Uimarannalle toki joutuu kävelemään noin 1,5km. Vuokraajat eivät juuri puhu englantia, mutta palvelu on hyvää ja ystävällistä ja kaikki asiat saatiin selvitettyä. Aivan haetaan ja palautetaan 200m päähän asunnosta firman toimistolla."
