"Die steile Treppe ohne festes Geländer hätte auf der Webseite angegeben werden müssen. Fehlende Abstellmöglichkeiten im Bad für Kosmetika und Hacken für Handtücher. Kein Geschirrtuch, kein Lappen zum Abwischen in der Küche. Der erste Kontakt, um Zugang zum Objekt zu bekommen war schwierig weil nur über Telefonieren möglich. Da wir der Sprache nicht mächtig waren mussten wir fremde Personen um Hilfe bitten."
