Malown sisältää Pariisin keskustassa, 350 metrin päässä Place de Madeleine -aukiosta ja 450 metrin päässä Opera Garnierista. Kaikkiin huoneisiin pääsee hissillä, ja niissä on Nespresso-kahvinkeitin.
