"Jean , the host was brilliant , really helpful from start to finish . The accommodation is in a great location, close to the beach , and shops, cafés etc. Also close to the tram station. The accommodation was clean and tidy, reasonably priced , and had everything we needed in it . Nice is a beautiful place , and I would definitely stay at this accommodation again ."

"The place is very clean, comfortable, and cozy while being located near the central station and city center. It offers all the necessary facilities including a full set of toiletries. the bedrooms and bathroom are spacious and clean, and the beds are comfortable. The building has a beautiful, artistic entrance that immediately creates a welcoming atmosphere. The host was very nice and welcoming as well, even though he didn’t speak English, his lovely daughter helped with translation. Overall, this place truly gives a home-like feeling, you could feel it was cared for with attention and warmth."

"The location is great, close to the beach & city center. It is fully renovated and super clean. The owner is a very helpful person who has a little helper - his lovely daughter Chloé ☺️ She translated for us and also was so kind to bring a present to our 18months daughter.☺️ Would stay here again when in Nice!"

"Perfect location. Walking distance close to everything and easy access to bus and tram. Had all amenities. Jean was very responsive. Roomy for a couple! The gelato shop across the street was incredible as was the bakery."

"The toilet room was so small hard to turn around and shut the door! 🤣. We didn’t dislike it but if you are a large person you should be aware."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cet appartement. Il est idéalement situé : à quelques minutes à pied de la mer, de la Promenade des Anglais, du Vieux Nice, de la gare et de nombreux commerces. Cela nous a permis de profiter pleinement de notre séjour sans avoir à trop nous déplacer. L’appartement était propre, bien équipé et confortable, parfait pour un séjour en famille. Le quartier est agréable et calme. La communication avec l’hôte a également été facile et réactive. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésiter et reviendrions avec plaisir !"

"Bon emplacement proche de toute commodité, de la mer, du centre ville et des transports (train et tram). Appartement propre et d’une belle superficie. Literie confortable. Tous les équipements sur place sont neufs. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et réactif au besoin."
