"It is a beautiful flat in a very central part of downtown Bordeaux. The street was very quiet, but it was late February. I do not know what it’s like in the warmer part of the year."

"Location was excellent. Close to trams, points of interest and shops. Apartment had everything we needed. A few kitchen essentials were stocked which was a bonus. Very French and authentic feel to it. Very clear instructions and easy to access the apartment. The owner was very informative and kept in touch via email and WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend. Location, value for money, cleanliness !"

"No issues.Nothing not to like. Neighbours in the next building were a little bit noisy but that’s not the fault of the owner. An upgrade to more comfortable mattress may be an idea."

"We had a small issue with the door not opening at arrival, but the owner was super responsive and found a solution for us quickly, even at midnight. Great customer service! The place was very clean, which was a big plus. There was a minor issue with the folding door in one of the bedrooms, but we managed to fix it ourselves, so now everything is in good shape. The bathroom door (folding style) doesn’t close perfectly, so if privacy is a big concern for you, it could be a minor issue. Just to clarify, the door doesn’t stay open—it just doesn’t close fully. The bathroom is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the kitchen is also well-equipped. One thing to note: the building doesn’t have an elevator, so if you have a large suitcase, be prepared to climb the stairs up to the 3rd floor."

"We are a family of four with two boys, 7 and 4. This apartment worked well for us as a base to explore Bordeaux. We were pleased to find it situated in a quiet little square, with loads of character, in the heart of the old town. There was no problem getting in and the building is attractive and well-maintained. Inside it was clean and has a modern bathroom and kitchen. We were able to all sit round the table after pulling it away from the wall. Communication with the host was good throughout. All in all, it was a really pleasant stay."

"Absolutely great location. Everything was at the end of the street. Had all the facilities you need including washing machine. A short walk to amazing restaurants and shops. Host was attentive and prompt with replies to any questions. Highly recommend."
