"Rauhallinen talo ja sijainti. Tasokas kauppa alakerrassa, joten aamupalaa sai haettua hissillä. Ilmastointi kummassakin huoneessa ja kaksi parveketta, toki ulkona niin kuuma, että parvekkeet jäivät pelkästään rantavarusteiden kuivaamiseen, joille löytyi kuivausteline parvekkeelta ja komerossa aurinkovarjo rannalle. Sijainti kävelymatkan päässä ostoskadulta ja "keskustasta", joten matkalippuja julkisille kulkuvälineille ei välttämättä tarvitsisi. Lähin raitiovaunu 2 korttelia ja bussi etuovelle.
