"Zeer vriendelijke en hulpvaardige verhuurder welke bovendien ook Engelstalig is. Het grondstuk (ook voor de gasten) is erg ruim en biedt voldoende privacy. Het huis is ingericht met de meest noodzakelijk attributen zoals over, magnetron, vaatwasser, kookplaat en afzuigkap. In de slaapkamers en huiskamer is airco aanwezig! Een wasmachine is aanwezig voor gemeenschappelijk gebruik met de andere huurders."
"De keukenstoelen zijn hard en minder comfortabel omdat goed gepolsterde kussens ontbreken. De (slaap) bank is iets aan de kleine kant indien men met meer dan drie personen in het huis verblijft. Het kleinere bed kraakte enorm hetgeen niet te verhelpen was door de schroeven van de verbindingsstukken aan te draaien."
