"Maison Fernand is in a quiet street close to the centre of Bordeaux. The room was beautifully furnished with s comfortable bed and good shower. Very quiet. Close to trams to railway station. Good breakfast served in the communal kitchen. Very friendly staff. We would love to return here."

Great central location- tram stop just around the corner so easy to get to the wine museum (a must see in Bordeaux). Lots of cafes etc nearby. Nice straightforward breakfast with fresh pastries etc. Our hosts Emilie and Kinga were very helpful. No lift so you need to be fit to stay here but we would definitely stay here again."

"Beautiful home renovated in classic traditional style I loved this . The rooms were great and equipped to make you feel cosy( extra blanket and pillows as I had a bit of “ La grippe” whilst away ) so I appreciated that even in the south of France sunshine as I had a bit of fever /chills .. They have everything you need if you want to cook a bit for your self or eat at the restaurant which I did one evening . The dinner was stunning and the Argentinian beef superb . I ate with some other guests and the hosts it was very cute evening . I particularly liked feeling settled and safe as a solo female traveller this was very important for me and I chose Casa Cessanon for this reason and the hosts and the beautiful maison did not disappoint ."
