The balcony offers an amazing view — sitting on the swing and enjoying the scenery was truly unforgettable. The location is ok; around 10 minutes by car to the port, and the residence itself is safe, with a swimming pool and free parking. The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access, which is very convenient. It’s also perfectly situated for exploring Cannes, Nice, and Monaco."
