Niché au milieu d'un jardin luxuriant et impeccablement entretenu, regorgeant de plantes diverses, il offre un cadre serein. La propreté est irréprochable, et pour un dépannage express, le réfrigérateur propose même quelques provisions (moyennant participation). Son emplacement en campagne assure la tranquillité tout en offrant un accès rapide à Roubaix ou Lille. Les propriétaires sont convivaux et discrets à la fois +++."

"Nice little studio apartment in great location. Easy access to the local transport network. The building is quiet and easy to access using codes for the entrance doors. Key to the apartment was in a lock box outside the door. Balcony was good to have though in January not used that much :-) Heating was easy to use"
