"Sijainti hotellilla oli aivan loistava! Lentokenttäratikalta käveli vain muutaman minuutin, kauppa oli ihan hotellin vieressä. Rantapromenaadi, ravintolat, liikkeet, rautatieasema ja Linnakukkula kaikki kävelyetäisyydellä. Aamiainen oli hyvälaatuinen, vaikka hieman suppea. Aamiaistarjoilija oli superystävällinen :)"

"Sängyt kaipaisi päivityksen :/ litteä tyyny oli kuin ei tyynyä olisi ollutkaan -> näin niska-oireisena huonompi homma. Patja puolestaan oli niin kova, että alaselkää särki aamuisin, molemmilla majoittujilla :/ Tv:ssä ei näkynyt kuin ranskankielisiä kanavia, nukkumaanmennessä olisi kiva kun olisi edes yksi kanava englanniksi jota voisi katsoa. Äänet kadulta kuuluivat huoneeseen todella selvästi, naapuritalon remonttityömaalta alkoi meteliä kuulua yhtenä aamuna jo klo 05... Myös naapurihuoneista äänet kuuluivat todella selvästi."

"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The location is excellent — right in the city center, close to the train station and the English Promenade. The hotel itself is very charming, with interesting and creative room designs. The room was clean, housekeeping was done every day, and the staff at the reception were true professionals — always helpful and friendly. I truly felt at home during my stay. Thank you so much to the entire team for the warm welcome and great service. I would be happy to stay here again!"

"2 main negatives - 1. The bed was uncomfortable. 2. It was very noisy - not sure if they have quieter rooms located elsewhere which would be useful to know for future. So although as mentioned above the room was fine, what we did need was a good night's sleep and unfortunately we didn't get it."

"We stayed for 2 nights we asked if we could change our room as we found the 1st room a little small and noisy. The staff were very good and accommodating and the 2nd room was very good. Breakfast was excellent with a lot of choices. We will stay again, particularly due to the staff in the hotel."

"I loved absolutely everything except that the hair dryer in my room was not working. There is no spa or swimming pool at the hotel but I knew it while booking. My room was very clean, proper, and comfortable! The breakfast was absolutely delicious exceeded my expectations 1000% The staff is extremely kind, helpful, and polite. The location of the hotel is also great, very close to all major tourist attractions. A 10 min walk from the beach! The locality is also safe. I had a lovely time."

"The hairdryer wasn't working and they did not provide slippers (although I did bring my own). The view from my room was just another building and the wallpaper was frankly a bit creepy. But the rest was great! Would love to visit again as it is reasonably priced for the services they provide along with the location of the hotel."
