"Beautifully decorated. Very clean. Very comfortable and quiet at night and at the same time close to the town centre. And I could even park my outrageously large car!"

"We have a warm welcome from Phillipe .The breakfast was good.We can park our car free next to the house. The room was on the first floor, it wasn't big but comfortable. There was not much space for large suitcases. Best to take what you need for the night."

"The bedroom and toilet were on the ground floor. It is not very convenient for elder people in the night. The wooden floor and stairs made a lot of noise."

"We had a wonderful stay at Phil Guest House! Phil is an amazing person — incredibly welcoming, kind, and attentive. He made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The guest house itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Phil also gave us great tips about the local area, which made our trip even better. We truly appreciated his hospitality and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

"It gave us the feeling of staying at a friend’s place. We felt super welcomed especially our dog received so much love from Phillippe. He’s an exceptional kind host. We had nice chats during our stay and at the same time we felt our privacy was respected. Breakfast was amazing."

"De gastheer verwelkomt je op een zeer aangename manier. Je krijgt onmiddellijk te horen dat je zeer welkom bent. Je krijgt ook onmiddellijk het gevoel dat je thuis bent, een echt thuisgevoel op vakantie 😁. Je hebt je kamer boven, knus, mooi ingericht en alles is er. Het ontbijt was eenvoudig maar meer dan genoeg. Dit met zelfgemaakte producten, een pluspuntje ook. Met Philippe heb je het echte gevoel van een b&b. Voor mij is dit, je leeft met de gastheer/gastfamilie mee. Dus je bent niet alleen. Philippe is iemand die graag mensen om zich heen heeft, je kan er altijd bij terecht voor een babbeltje. Zelfs tot in de late uren. 15-20 min wandelen tot de oude stad of het centrum. Zeer rustig gelegen. De ideale plaats om tot rust te komen, bezoek aan de stad te brengen,… Echt een aanrader!!!!"

"I absolutely loved my stay in this stunning apartment, It’s simply faultless. It’s cleverly designed, modern but with a feel of a traditional French character property. The lounge area has a great corner unit/sofa bed with a flat screen TV, the WIFI worked great and my Amazon firestick ran without any problems. The kitchen area is new, modern and has everything you’d need to cook. Large fridge, oven, hob, microwave and coffee maker. The bathroom is also new, modern and well appointed with a great shower. The bedroom has a double bed and a delightful balcony. Plenty of wardrobe space. There’s a balcony at the front off the lounge with traditional French style shutters. Location is great for the tourist area of Perpignan which is lovely. It’s about 12/15 minutes walk from the train station and the Number 6 airport bus stop is about 400 yards away in Placa Catalogne. There’s nothing I didn’t like, I could quite happily live in that apartment."

"So very easy from airport on Tram A, and to the hospital to visit someone each day which was the purpose of my visit. It also goes to central Bordeaux. Excellent artisan baker and petit Casino for provisions very close by. Other guests I met briefly were ‘gentil’. Very pleasant and safe neighbourhood - I am an old woman and arrived at 0100 hrs because flight severely delayed but I felt very safe in the deserted area. Many thanks to the owners."

"The appartment is very well located in a calm alley near everything you need. The property is very large in a natural setting and the Mas is beautiful. The loft is comfortable and useful with everything you need to cook and relax with a large living area. The hosts were very helpful, they know a lot about the region and what’s happening around. It’s a sad affair we couldn’t enjoy the Spa/pool due to the poor weather and strong winds but that’s Vaucluse in March. Thank you for everything."
