"The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation and the hosts were very warm (we visited in January). They have two lovely Yorkshire Terriers and a larger (soft as a brush) Italian breed of dog."

"The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Fatima, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful. Our ferry was delayed, so we arrived very late—but she patiently waited for us, which we truly appreciated. Breakfast was also lovely, especially the homemade jams she provided. A wonderful experience overall!"

"It's a very beautiful place in a little village with friendly people. Since everything has been said in other reviews I will just tell my dear readers, that there is actually a hiking trail ditectly starting in the village (even though my hiking apps don't show one). Just walk to the chapel oncthe hill (~20 minutes). From there you have to options. One is the yellow marked trail going to a top of a mountain, the other is unmarked and I didn't walk it."

"The property is very well decorated and very clean. The kitchen has everything you need, including tea towels, kitchen roll and dishwasher tablets. Having two separate toilets and two bathrooms was very convenient for a family of 4. The beds are comfortable and the bedding smelled fresh. The TV is modern and we were able to connect a tablet to watch downloaded programs. The location is very convenient, with a bakery around the corner and a bar across the square. Also there is a lovely walk around the lake and a very decent playground just moments away. There is a big supermarket just a few minutes drive and La-Roche-Sur-Yon is only 20 mins away. We are very glad to have found this place, it's perfect to stay there when visiting family in the area."
