"Aamiainen oli hyvä ja monipuolinen. Oli tuoreita hedelmiä ja jugurttia. Kahvia piti erikseen usein pyytää lisää. Henkilökunta oli kyllä ystävällistä ja valmisti kahvia lisää pyydettäessä. Alakerran kuntosali oli pieni mutta täytti vaatimuksemme. Hotellilla kestävän kehityksen sertifikaatti, joten moni asia hotellissa viittaa tähän; hillitty aamiainen, vettä ei lotrata, ilmastointi puuttui huoneestamme, mutta kylpyhuoneessa se oli."

"Croissantit olivat pettymys. Odotimme aamiaisella lämpimiä tuoreita Croissanteja, mutta tällä kertaa emme saaneet uunituoreita. Jäi arvoitus olivatko Croissantit valmispakkauksesta otettuja? Huone oli ok, pieni, ahdas, mutta muuten toimiva. Kylpyhuone oli ok, vettä tuli hitaalla paineella. Putkimies korjasi tilannetta ja vesi tuli sen jälkeen paremmin. Kokolattiamatot joka paikassa...luultavasti talvella kivemmat, näin keväällä ei. Ilmastointia ei huoneessa, joten pidimme ikkunaa auki usein. Hotelli vanha, joten hissit pienet ja ahtaat; max kaksi hoikkaa henkilöä. Kapeita käytäviä hotellikerroksissa."

"Warm welcome and outstanding service. The staff remembers me and thoughtfully made arrangements to accommodate my sensitivity to noise, which I truly appreciated. The team is highly professional and extremely trustworthy. I was able to leave valuable belongings with complete peace of mind for several days. The location is ideal, just a 5-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Élysées. Special thanks to Adèle, Anysia, Tobiaze, and Fanny for their kindness, support, and exceptional assistance."

"Room was bigger and brighter than expected. Bathroom was the same. Location was easy to access. Hotel aesthetics were very nice. We also tried the pizza last night and it was very tasty."

"Two elevators were too small and slow. Most days, one of the two was broken, which made things difficult. Cleanliness was not good. Breakfast was basic and the same every day."

"The room was spacious and clean for a hotel room in Paris. The location was great and the staff was nice enough. They give you two bottles of water every day and the room had a kettle and a coffee machine. Our room faced the back the building, overlooking a very big patio so, it was very silent and light."

"One the reading lamp on the side of the bed was broken. The pillow was very high and they didn´t have other pillow options."

"The team was very welcoming and the rooms where great. The theme of the hotel was super cool and the location was exceptional. We got connecting rooms and the kids loved it. The AC was comfortable and it's a short walk to the key attractions."

"I really liked the style and vibe of the Hotel — it had character and a clean theme. The staff were very friendly and helpful."

"The major issue was the lifts — both were very small, fitting only about 3 people. Also, the hotel's app wasn't fully functional, so we had to contact staff directly for most things."

"Tobias on reception is an exceptional customer service representative. He was so helpful to us I could not praise him more. Also Julian on check out was extremely kind and helpful."
