Pullman Paris Centre - Bercy

"Ravintolan palvelu ja anti olivat huippuluokkaa. Mieleemme jäi aivan erityisesti meitä kahtena iltana.palvellut "Nelsy" eli Nelson, joka todella tuntui pitävän työtään ja asiakkaitaan arvossa. Reseptionistin apua lähtöpäivänämme arvostamme suuresti. Ammattilainen paikallaan."

"Tv ei toiminut kahtena päivänä. Molemmilla kerroilla jouduimme soittamaan kahdesti ja odottamaan useamman tunnin sen vian korjausta. Ovea ei saanut varmuuslukkoon sisäpuolelta, tv:n korjaaja totesi, että ovi on laskeutunut, eikä vikaa voi nyt korjata. Ammeen veden poistoputki oli lähes täysin tukossa."

"The breakfast was tasty, extensive, and French-style. The location was great, with parking very close by. The staff were very kind, helpful, and always up for a friendly chat. The hotel was super fun for children, very clean, and had a friendly atmosphere. A big plus was the kids’ corner with fun games and my child kept receiving lovely stickers, coloring pencils, and coloring pages! 😊. The bathroom was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. What I liked most was the overall comfort and welcoming vibe."

"Wonderful hotel. The room was large, clean, and spacious, equipped with everything you might need. The pool is very pleasant; you need to reserve a slot in advance, and thanks to that I was almost alone there and could truly relax after a full day of exploring Paris. Breakfast was delicious, varied, and plentiful. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The hotel is located in a modern and pleasant neighborhood. It’s a bit far from the city center, but it’s only a one-minute walk from Metro Line 14, which takes you to the center within minutes. Right next to the hotel there is a lovely shopping area (Bercy Village) with shops, restaurants, and more. I greatly enjoyed my stay at the Pullman Bercy and highly recommend it."
