Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel

"Huoneestamme näkyi Eiffel-torni ja sitä olikin ihana katsella illalla valaistuna. Huone oli tilava, kuten suomalaiset ovat muutenkin kotimaassaan tottuneet. Huone ja kylpyhuone olivat siistit. Henkilökunta oli ystävällistä. Puitteet olivat hyvää kotimaista tasoa, näkymä pariisilainen."

"Henkilökunta sähläsi pari kertaa. Ennakkotilatuista 2 suklaarasiasta vain toinen oli toimitettu huoneeseen. Tullessa ennakkoon hotellille jätetyn laukun piti olla valmiina huoneessa, mutta ei ollut, vaan se piti käydä alhaalla hakemassa. Valitettavasti TeaTime ei ollut varattavissa oleskelumme aikaan eikä yläterassi ollut myöskään käytössä sekä alakerran ravintola oli täysin varattu illaksi. Hotellin koristelu on vähän kitschiä pohjoismaalaiselle eikä huou eleganssia. Aamupalalla musiikki oli liian kovalla ja tarjoilijat pyörivät ympäriinsä nopeasti ja hermostuttavasti."

"Our room didn’t have a long mirror (could see where it used to be so probably an isolated issue), also we couldn’t seem to get the air con to work, so the room got very hot! …none of these issues hindered our stay though, overall the hotel was amazing. Also the bar was expensive! £30pp just to get in (which included one drink), a fee I think should have been waived if you were a guest to the hotel"

"The staff truly deserves special recognition. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The team was attentive, proactive, and clearly focused on making our stay as comfortable as possible. Their thoughtful approach and attention to details made a noticeable difference and left a very positive impression. In particular, we would like to thank Sabria, Lya, and Jeff at the reception for their outstanding support. They were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with any request. Their excellent service and customer-oriented attitude really stood out. Breakfasts were excellent as well. Special thanks to Fernando, who warmly welcomes guests every morning. In addition to great coffee, you can order a freshly prepared traditional French omelet with cheese and sausage, which is a lovely touch and a perfect start to the day. Overall, a great hotel with high standards of service. Highly recommended."

"The receptionist And Concierge were very nice and welcoming they are very kind the staff worked in room service or cleaning were unprofessional sometimes we came back to our room and noticed they untidy our staffs was on beds like I pad and one use bed cover they just took it from bed and put it on sofa in very messy way"
