"Great location. Small block with all facilities, great view and private parking ."
"Slightly noisy from people above and some morning deliveries,but that didn’t detract from the overall. There was a small insect issue on the balcony due to the time of year that wasn’t a problem."
"The apartment was very well located- just above the lake with a marvellous view. Boise was not an issue even though above a restaurant . 5 minutes walk to municipal beach, boat and bike rental and even closer access for swimming only. We had spent the previous week at Annecy, and Bourget was a nice contrast - much calmer town and water. It was far superior for swimming. The flat was as described - simple but well equipped, including well functioning air conditioning. Good value for money - would go back and also recommend to others."

"Mooi appartementje met zicht op Lac de Bourget. Met privé parkeerplaats achter het gebouw voor zowel auto als fietsen. Goede uitvalsbasis om te wandelen, te fietsen of te watersporten. Dicht bij een groot strand waar ook gras en bomen zijn ter bescherming van de zon. Enkele restaurantjes in de straat. Het appartement is ook boven een visrestaurant waarvan er geen geluidshinder of geurhinder is. Voor de sportieve wandelaars is wandeling ‘Grottes des fées’ en ‘Dens du Chats’ een echte aanrader (let op er zijn pittige stukken bij)"

"This is a great little apartment near Val De Europe excellent location for Disneyland paris but also very easily accessible to central Paris. Pool was an added bonus. The shopping centre is huge plenty of shops and places to eat or buy food. You can easily get the 3321 bus into disney for 2 euro"
