"Perfecte locatie in het centrum van Rouen. Terrassen, supermarkt en bakker in de directe nabijheid van het appartement, evenals vele bezienswaardigheden. Ruime keuken met alle benodigde apparaten en spullen om zelf te koken. Geen last van geluid van buiten met de ramen dicht. Ruime slaapkamers, goede wasmachine. Rouen is een goede uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes in de omgeving. Parkeergarage op 100 meter afstand."
"Slaapkamer op de woonverdieping heeft geen lichtverduisterende raambekleding. Maar dat staat in geen verhouding tot alle positieve punten die het appartement biedt. Wij zouden hier direct weer boeken."

"Il 5° piano senza ascensore ( per fortuna i la responsabile ci ha aiutato con le valigie!!) ;la scala interna che porta al soppalco ha un corrimano senza parapetto...un po' insicuro ( nessun problema per gli adulti, per noi ok ,ma non porterei bambini!!)"
