"Super lovely and very comfortable! The best thing about my stay was the staff! They are the most accommodating staff I have ever seen in a hotel. They let us check in much much earlier than 15:00. And even if they couldn’t check some of us in, we could even leave our bags in the room whilst it’s being cleaned! That’s 5 star customer service right there. Thanks for being very accommodating."

"I liked the breakfast service which was better than the usual buffet style which one usually has. The staff were very helpful - anticipating our needs - eg booking a dinner externally for us, providing the car to the airport and keeping the room tidy."
"Perfect position with lovely view of the Rhone. Free parking nearby at the station. Helpful and friendly staff who spoke good English."

Palasimme aina päivän seikkailuilta hyvin siistittyyn huoneeseen."
Vivian Montparnasse Daguerre
"Extremely helpful and kind management and staff, spotlessly clean, use of microwave, kettle in room on request, and the use of a plug adapter as I’d forgotten to pack mine. It’s the human touch that makes the difference."
