"Sisäänkirjautuminen oli tuskainen kokemus. Olimme Bookingin kautta maksaneet hotellin etukäteen samalla tavalla, kuin aikaisemmat ja bookingin viestissä luki, että maksusuoritettu, kuitenkin meiltä ruvettiin pyytämään maksua uudelleen, josta soitinkin palvelunumeroonne, mistä saimme myös melko nihkeää selvitystä. Lisäksi maksoimme 145€ lisää ylimääräisestä 4h ajasta, mutta kuitenkin avainkorttimme lakkasi toimimasta klo 12.00 Lokit nokki ruokaa aamupalapöydästä terassilla."

"The restaurant substituted a significantly more expensive bottle of wine without letting us know. We noticed this upon payment, and we were told that 'they ran out of what we ordered'. We did mention this upon checking out and the staff member comped our breakfast, which was very much appreciated."
