Smartappart Lorient ankkuroitu Lorientin keskustassa 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä rautatieasemalta ja 5 km:n päässä Larmor-Plagesta. Huoneistohotelli tarjoaa itsepalvelustudioita, joissa on ilmainen WiFi. Jokaiseen kerrokseen pääsee hissillä, ja kaikissa huoneistossa on vaatekaappi sekä taulu-tv satelliittikanavilla. "Résidence bien située en centre ville, accessible à pied depuis la gare (20 minutes). Rue calme. Appartement petit mais très bien équipé, propre, parfait pour quelques jours. Accès pratique par digicode (entrée, appartement). Boulangerie et commerces à proximité."
"Mon logement donnait sur l'arrière du bâtiment, malheureusement au dessus du moteur d'un groupe de chambre froide, bruyant qui se mettait en route touts les 15-30 minutes...Prévoyez les boules Quies. Egalement bruit des poubelles le matin au même endroit. Sans doute que d'autres appartements n'ont pas ce problème dans la résidence."

"The hotel manager, Nadia, who was a true professional. Nothing was too much. She provided a high standard of service. On arrival, she told us a little about the history of the Chateau and treated us to a cocktail on the house. The room was Spanish themed, well designed and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was to die for.. double basins and a spectacular shower. Lovely grounds with a swimming pool. Also the opportunity to take a short walk through woodland."
