"Maison avec un jardin clôturé (agréable et sécurisant pour une famille avec des enfants en bas âge). Beaucoup d’équipements (électroménager, matériel dans le cabanon à jardin (parasol etc..). Proche de la plage (quelques mètres , environ 20 m) , sécurisé pour les enfants avec jeux extérieurs (beach-volley etc..). Commerce à proximité à Marennes. (Leclerc, commerces locaux) Beaucoup d’activités (adultes/enfants) lieu de promenade aux alentours . A environ 15 min de ronce les bains, zoo de la palmyre , phare de la courbe, Royan etc .. Proche de l’île D’Oléron, Rochelle (À faire pour une journée) Marché Nocturne avec grande roue et fêtes foraines à ronces les bains le dimanche soir . Et certains jours dédiés pour le marché de Marennes (Matin) cf office tourisme sur internet. Accueil avenant et agréable . Disponible si nécessaire. Location conforme à la description et aux photos. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir ☺️"
