El edificio tiene un olor a humedad en la escalera, que lo cierto es que no sé percibe en el apartamento. Recibimos las indicaciones para acceder a las llaves y al propio apartamento por mensaje, con detalle y fotos. Dispone de radiador en baño y habitación, yun climatizador en la estancia cocina-salón.
