"When we arrived at the property we were surprised that it was in a quite ugly looking block of apartments however our host Stephan met us on time to hand over the keys and show us around the apartment. Once inside the apartment our opinion changed. The apartment was excellent with every facility we could require presented in a clean and modern way. On arrival the heating was not functioning however Stephan immediately took action and the heating was back on very quickly - it looked like a teething problem with a new heating system."
