"Duplex très bien organisé avec une station de métro à 5-10min à pied ou le centre ville à 20min à pied. Rapport qualité-prix génial et arrivée indépendante facile."
"L'escalier pour monter au lit à l'étage est un peu raide et adapté principalement aux personnes en bonne forme physique."

"Le logement est fonctionnel et propre, tout le nécessaire y est pour passer un bon séjour. Le logement n'est pas adapté aux personnes de grande taille car l'escalier est très exiguë et la chambre basse de plafond mais dans mon cas cela ne m'a pas du tout dérangé. Le lit était confortable."
"Une mauvaise odeur (tabac froid ?) au RDC, odeur qui ne partait pas en aérant le logement. Il n'était pas possible de laisser ouvert car le logement est au RDC directement sur la rue."
"La propreté, les équipements, le confort, celui du lit notamment, le rapport qualité prix, tout était parfait. La situation géographique également, par rapport à mes besoins professionnels au cours de cette semaine, mais également du fait de la proximité des commerces."
