"The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable living and has everything you need. It’s very clean, cozy, and well maintained. The view overlooks charming small streets, with some local landmarks visible. There are several bakeries and supermarkets within walking distance, as well as a great park nearby for relaxing walks. One of the biggest advantages is the dedicated underground parking space, which is very convenient."

"Appartement très lumineux au dernier étage muni d'une terrasse immense de style "rooftop" avec équipements très bonne qualité et décoration de très bon goût . Accueil parfait de notre hôte qui nous attendait à l'heure prévue et qui nous a bien expliqué tout ce qu'il y avait à savoir . Très au calme en raison du retrait par rapport à la route . Parking privé sécurisé avec accès direct au logement via ascenseur , ce qui est un vrai atout ."

"The host was admirable and very kind. He passed me the key and introduced me to the apartment. Apartment was great situated at last floor but it has an elevator so the access was very easy. The building has a controlled access. The apartment was equipped very well with all appliances that you could need for a long stay, including Nespresso coffee machine capsule type. Internet was great with high speed and stable connection."

"Nice and modern with an easy to check in and out. Great security. The room was clean with all the amenities needed. The host was very responsive and friendly and made sure everything was to my liking. The shower was awesome, nice and powerful. The room itself was quite large and so was the bathroom especially being paris. They had all the things you would need, hairdryer, iron and ironing board cookware, utensils, kettle, microwave, cooker fridge and with freezer and towels. Its located near bobigny train station which is around 10-12min walk. Lots of food places around and places to get groceries. I will definitely be staying here again and definitely would recommend it. Oh and great wifi."

"It was clean, super well decorated, equipped for the kitchen. Ingrid was available via messages to help us upon arrival. We booked there to be able to rest as attending my sister's wedding. So we needed calmness to rest and space to prepare for this big event. And we genuinely loved staying there! It was super well decorated, nice with little notes of Ingrid inside. 10 mins walking and you are in the city centre. Warmly recommend staying there!"
