"L'attente à l'arrivée dans le logement avant d'obtenir au bout d'une heure le code de la boîte à clés. La conciergerie nous avait indiqué qu'elle serait sur place. Nous dû appeler Booking car la conciergerie n'a jamais répondu à l'appel. Nous étions avec trois enfants de moins de quatre ans. Un peu de chauffage aurait été bienvenue dans la maison à l'arrivée. Nous avons été dépanné par trois petits chauffages électriques d'appoint."
