"Friendliness and helpfulness of staff. Location to stations. Affordability for a beautiful and fine hotel! This was not our first stay and will not be our last."

Room and service was pleasant though fairly basic for the price bracket and reputation of the Hotel chain. Bathroom facilities and amenities were also below expectation - requests for larger towels only resulted in receiving extra towels with no explanation. Overall stay was fine, though not as expected."
