"Rooms are basic but large and very clean. The shower has good pressure and hot water, air conditioning works well. Wifi is slow at times but so was our mobile. It was nice to have a fridge and kettle. The location is great in the old town, but is very quiet. Only 2 blocks to Piazza Square and 3 or 4 to Europe Square. The yard is very peaceful in the busy city. We did our laundry at no charge which was very appreciated. The owners are very nice."

"The stay here was great. It's a small space but it has all of the necessary equipment. It's on a quiet street only 5 minutes walk from the main road running through Borjomi. There is a big, friendly dog called Charlie who lives in the courtyard, and the hosts are friendly."

"Понравилось удобное расположение, отель легко нашли ночью и недалеко от центра Степанцминды, всех магазинов и кафешек. Мы долго проходили границу и в итоге хозяин заселил нас в 5 утра. Хозяин Гия очень доброжелательный и заботливый, быстро откликался на все просьбы. В столовой панорамные окна с видом на горы, в том числе Казбек. Удобно, что в отеле есть возможность заказать завтраки и ужины, можно купить домашнее вино. Рекомендую."
