Hotel Posta – asiakasarviot
"Location was great, the rooms were spacious, staff was very helpfull, food was good."
"The water in swimming pool was too cool for my liking, some amenities were out of order( e.g. sauna), however the staff reacted and repaired them quickly."
"The sap was abandoned. Such a shame: the rest is amazing, the staff was super nice and helpful, the rooms clean but the fact that spa was totally and utterly abandoned made it a bit “meh”"
"Aucun."
"Really great hotel with great wellness and perfect location in the center. Also very nice bar and restaurant. Great views."
"The breakfast could be better.a bit"
"breakfast wasn't the same as on photos, please add relevant photos, very poor choices, no kid meals"
"breakfast was very bad"
"Very spacious and modern hotel in the centre of Mestia. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. The staff is very kind and helpful, they even arranged for a new tire for our car when we had a puncture! Thank you very much😊"
"Nothing."
"The location of Hotel Posta cannot be faulted - right downtown and across the road from Seti Square. The room was spacious and comfortable, the on-site pool and sauna were lovely (although we had to ask for the latter to be turned on), the staff we met were lovely, and the vibe was nice."
"I understand we visited during the low season, but the hotel was a ghost town. The front desk was often unmanned, as the staff on duty were pulling double duty elsewhere. The on-site restaurant is just okay, with breakfast being below average for the quality of the hotel and the dinner/lunch offerings being standard Georgian hotel fare. The toilet paper dispenser in the bedroom put me in mind of a service station restroom, especially with the stingy one-ply-at-a-time dispensement of scratchy, cheap toilet paper. Toiletries were also of budget hotel standard. Our fridge did not work and smelled bad, and while it was replaced, this is the kind of thing you should catch when you have only 2-3 guests in your hotel. All told, for $200 USD a night, I expect a bit better. I've traveled all over Georgia in the last five years, and this just didn't meet expectations."
"This hotel should get a higher grade. Location is perfect room was big and very comfortable for the family Breakfast was amazing every morning something new Pool and Sauna- just what you need after a full day of hiking"
"I already missing the place"
"Good location. Excellent restaurants (Seti)within 5 minutes walk. Nice staff. Sauna. Nice views from terrace."
"Sauna booking/control a bit "chaotic""
"Iconic view from room with nice balcony, Swimming pool was functional well, hotel lobby is cozy and staff welcoming also helpful, attached restaurant food was good , don't miss the live music ."
"AC in room was too hot and noisy, bed sheet rough and not perfectly comfortable , shower temperature unstable, breakfast was boring , little over priced ."
"Breakfast was good, pool is great. Room was comfortable and bed was very comfortable."
"The hotel is nice, however for the price there was a few things that were disappointing, the music was so loud from the bar we could hear it clearly in our room. I specifically booked the hotel as it had a sauna that we could use after a hard few days doing the Mestia to Ushguli trek, and when we arrived I asked what time it was open to which I was informed 11pm, however we went down at 8pm and both saunas were turned off, we asked for them to be turned on but waited 40 minutes and they were not even half way up to temperature, so we did not get to use it. The breakfast was good, however for the price I would’ve expected good coffee to be included (not the instant sachets). Overall it’s a nice hotel, but overpriced for what it is."

"It is well located accommodation if one does the Mestia-Ushguli trek. The hosts are very hospitable as well as their lovely children. We tried only the breakfast, but as it is mentioned in other reviews, the food is fantastic and homemade. It is also very clean and tidy."

"A fantastic find! Good location in tropical countryside just outside of Batumi near to the Botanical gardens. Facilities perfect. Good sized rooms and lovely pool. Faultless! Diana and Casto were the perfect hosts and very family orientated. We had a medical emergency and they went above and beyond to help us in a difficult situation."
"The dinner and the breakfast were rich and tasty. Many of the raw materials for the food are grown by the family (f.e. tomatoes, cucumbers, eggs, honey, trout, etc.) and they offer also own wine."
