"Просторная гостиная, много кресел и диваны, удобно расположен кондиционер, охлаждает гостиную а в спальнях можно не опасаться простудиться. Матрасы удобные. Вид из окна шикарный, пока строящееся здание не скроет вид на море. Кухня достаточно функционально, помимо микроволновки и газовой плиты, есть столовые приборы, стаканы, бокалы, тёрка, кострюли и сковороды. Расположение удобное, рядом полно магазинов, молл, кафе, лучше наверное только в старом городе. Есть сквозной проход через продуктовый магазин. Хозяин встретил в аэропорте и бесплатно довёз до апартаментов, большое спасибо!"

"Отдыхали семьёй. Отличное местоположение, море 5 минут. Просторная квартира, все рабочее, белье, полотенца. Рядом прекрасные рестораны, магазинчик с морепродуктами в котором мы добыли не только живых раков но и вкуснейшее пиво. Парковка на территории за шлагбаумом👍 единственное что немного омрасило отдых это комары, сеток на окнах нет, розетки не помогают. Потом приспособились, перестали открывать на распашку окна, если что включали кондиционер, проветривали днем. Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Вся семья разместилась с удобствами. Хозяева❤️"

"Остались полностью довольны пребыванием в этом доме. Всё соответствует как на фото. Хозяева очень доброжелательные! Мераб встретил нас на вокзале и отвёз в аэропорт☺️ Месторасположение удобное, рядом есть много ресторанчиков и магазинов. До моря 2 минуты пешком. В комнате кондиционер, удобные кровати, столик, вместительный шкаф.. чисто, уютно. Хорошее постельное белье и полотенца. На кухне всегда чисто, красивая посуда. Есть всё необходимое для приготовления пищи, кофе и чая. Кушали всегда на балконе с видом на горы)) Остановка общественного транспорта рядом."

"This is a spotless property managed by sweet elderly ladies. They have a common kettle and microwave as well as a dining area so it is very convenient to grab food from the nearby supermarkets or bakeries and early here. The kitchen is stocked with cutlery and plates that you can use and self wash. Its a 15 mins walk from Ortachala bus depot. We needed to leave our bags for a day and the staff helped with that. They don't speak English so we used the translator. We did not see any air conditioning but it was October and we managed just fine. The hotel is situated at lower the ground level however we did not think it was dark or damp. It was clean, efficient and well managed. Great budget option for Tbilisi"

"I really enjoyed the location of this place. Most attractions were in walking distance, and there were countless restaurants and coffee shops in the vacinity. The room itself is perfect for short stays, and was quiet at night even though the window looked out on to the street. All in all, it was a good base for the time I spent in Tbilisi."
