"The breakfast was very okay. The staff (Bright and Gideon) were very helpful. They need to fix their telecommunications from the room, though, and ensure the drinking water is replaced daily as against only on arrivals. But in total, the ambience was superb, the WiFi signal was good, and the cleanliness of the room, plus the room itself, was great!"

"Los trabajadores muy amable y atentos, muy lejos del kumasi pero tiene su coche privado no te cobran nada todo esta incluido pero tienes que llamar el alojamiento para que te manden el coche esta muy bien y muy bonito por dentro, afuera está en construcción. Por dentro es espectacular lo recomiendo 100 por 100 no te olvides de llamar antes, no gastar dinero en taxi como hicimos nosotros, llama el alojamiento para que te mande coche, mucho mejor, ahorrará mucho dinero."

I was also impressed by the facilities; both the kitchen and the sitting area were well-equipped, making the space feel like a home away from home. The staff members at Bays Villa were incredibly friendly and serviceable, always ready to assist with a smile. The only minor issue was that I didn’t receive the Wi-Fi password until my third day. While I am certain this was not intentional, it is a small detail that could be streamlined for future guests. Despite that, the quality of the service and the comfort of the accommodations were top-notch. I would love to experience their service again and highly recommend staying at Bays Villa, Koforidua!"
