Situated right on the sandy beach of Livadia within 700 meters of the old town of Parikia and the port, the Alkyon Hotel offers value-for-money accommodation. At the Alkyon Hotel you can fully relax in the calm and quiet surroundings. Enjoy the view and sounds of the sea every morning while having your breakfast on the terrace. In the evening, you can spend romantic moments admiring the sunset from your balcony or having a drink on the terrace of the hotel. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Two-way transfer from the port and airport is available upon charge. The hotel operates under a new management and we have done a major renovation.

"Sijainti oli erinomainen rannan äärellä. Helppo kävellä satamasta rantaa pitkin hotellille. Lähellä Parikian keskustaa. Tykkäsime olla läheisellä rahalla. Huone oli mukava ja siisti, osittainen merinäköala. Aamupala oli hyvä. Lähellä on hyviä ravintoloita."

"Olisi voinut olla shampoota. Kylpyhuone on pieni, mutta välttävä."

"Aivan ihana hotelli. Henkilökunta ystävällistä ja auttavaista, toteuttivat kaikki toiveemme. Huoneet siistejä ja näkymä parvekkeelta kaunis , merinäkymä. Sijainti hiljainen, mutta palvelut lähellä. Jos matkustamme uudelleen Parokselle niin varmasti valitsemme uudelleen tämän hotellin ❤️"

"Location was fantastic, really enjoyed the views. Staff were fantastic and even helped pack us a little take away breaky super early before the buffet side opened (early check out with toddler and a flight ahead!)."

"There could be a little more variety at the breakfast buffet, but that is complaining on a very high level, since also the food was fresh and tasty. But I'm really a breakfast person. ;)"

"Tulimme tänne, sillä halusimme rauhaa ja kauneutta ympärillämme. Valitsimme yläkerran huoneiston, josta oli suora näkymä akropolikselle ja aamuisin saimme klo 7 jälkeen kokea huikeita auringonnousuja. Vietimme viikon täällä todella rauhallisessa ja idyllisessä paikassa, katsellen aamuin illoin vuohipaimenen, vuohien ja lampaiden elämää parvekkeelta. Huone oli siisti ja hotellin henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Iloisena yllätyksenä oli naapuri hotellin ravintolapalvelut, jossa ruoka oli edullista ja hyvää ja uima-allas ympäristöineen oli viihtyisä ja toimiva. Saimme oikean vesi/rantalentopallo puumin altaalle 🌊🏐🌊. Tänne oli helppo tulla autolla ja parkeeraaminen onnistui helposti. Lindos kaikkine ihanuuksineen oli niin lähellä. Tänne haluaisi tulla uudelleen 😍"

"This accommodation is a little gem that I highly recommend. Parking is available just a few meters away on the side of the public road, but it’s used only by hotel guests. We stayed in a room in an annex set in the garden with orange trees and a view of the Myrta Fortress. It was absolutely quiet, and the room was very comfortable, spacious, well-heated during the cold months, and spotlessly clean. The bathroom features a toilet, sink and a very large shower stall, with all toiletries provided. The breakfast buffet is fantastic (served in a very charming room with a barrel vaulted ceiling), featuring delicious Greek specialties all homemade by Mrs. Maria, who is happy to share some of her “secret” recipes with her guests. Also recommended for a stay of several days if you want to explore the Sparta region. The accommodation does not have a restaurant, but there are taverns in the village center within a 5-minute walk."
