"Hotelli oli siisti. Lapsen kanssa matkustaessa hotelli oli myös hiljainen ja hiljaisella sijainnilla. Vastaanotossa oli asiallinen ja miellyttävä henkilö, kenen kanssa asiat hoitui hyvin. Kulkuyhteydet olivat hyvät."

"Our superior apartment was great with a very good sized balcony and the pool area was very nice. George was helpful whenever needed via messenger and the small confusion with room on arrival was resolved next day and kindly gave us a complimentory breakfast, some language barriers with other staff but again always helpful."

"We suffered all the preparation works/shouts fot the National Day Celebration Party next to the Hotel but the hotel was not responsible for that."

"The beds were surprisingly very comfortable, even the sofa beds. Fluffy and clean pillows too. Linens and towels were changed as often as asked."

"Room was clean as far as we could tell, spacious, and had a functioning aircon. We were also allowed to check in earlier than stated (which was very convenient as we had an early flight), but that's where the positives end."

"Walls, floors, wardrobes, appliances, and furniture were in various states of apparent disrepair (although mostly functonal). Bedroom power outlets were inconveniently placed and falling apart (one looked quite hazardous to use). Balcony doors were hard to lock/unlock, and the bedroom's balcony door was impossible to lock-resulting in anxiety about the safety of our belongings while we were out and about. The information card in our room contained outdated information about the wifi password and we never managed to find out the updated one. Which brings me to my next (pethaps most damning) point: there is practically no reception, and we never managed to locate the owner whenever we needed assistance. He was also unreachable by phone, not replying and not calling us back. When we messaged him through booking about the bedroom balcony door, he replied he will look into it: he never got back to us after that, and the locking mechanism remained inoperable-so I doubt he ever came by to try and fix it. (Other staff, when around, were very friendly and helped where they could-for example with the early check in.)"
