Bella Beach Hotel

"Hotelli oli todella mukava ja toimiva. Henkilökunta todella palvelualtista. Erityisesti vastaanoton palvelu sekä Georgios&Georgios Azalea baarissa sekä rantabaarin työntekijä olivat huippuja. Ravintoloiden ruoka oli hyvää ja tarjonta laajaa."

"Meillä oli oma allas, joka oli yllättävän iso ja syvä. Rantabaari oli vieressä, josta pystyi hakemaan juomaa halutessaan. Ruoka oli perus buffetruokaa ja vaihtoehtoja oli paljon. Erityistä plussaa siitä, ettei tarvinnut pitää mitään ranneketta All inclusiven vuoksi."

"Huoneessa oli katon rajalla paljon hyttysiä, jotka ilmeisesti aiempi vieras oli tappanut. Oli melko epäsiisti ensivaikutelma tästä syystä. Kylpyhuoneessa kylvyn jälkeen vedet päästettyä tulvi koko kylpyhuone, mutta sellaista Kreikan putkisto nyt tuppaa olemaan. Muuten huone oli oikein kiva."

The beds were very comfortable, and we enjoyed . Staff: The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always willing to assist us with anything we needed we love Petros the chef and Tonia ! Amenities/Food: The breakfast was rich and high-quality The pool was fantastic , The restaurant offered exceptional flavors you must try the risotto with Parmesan !"

"The room was comfortable and cleaned every morning, which we really appreciated. The food at the restaurant was very good, with a nice variety of options. The restaurant staff were friendly making our dining experience pleasant."

"The main reason we booked this hotel was because it advertised on ‘Booking.com’ having a sauna and two outdoor swimming pools, but in reality, there was only one outdoor pool and no sauna at all. The other small pools were private ones for specific apartments or tiny children’s pools, which weren’t useful for us. Upon arrival around 9 a.m., we explained to reception that we were very tired and would appreciate an early check-in, but we had to wait until 2 p.m. to get a room. The staff showed little empathy or flexibility and simply repeated that check-in was at 3 p.m., without offering an apology or alternative. The spa area was disappointing — the jacuzzi and indoor pool didn’t look clean, and the space was constantly noisy with children running, diving, and shouting, even though signs said “no diving.” We were also told the hammam wasn’t warm enough to use. The outdoor pool was crowded, not very clean, and filled mostly with families and young children, making it difficult to relax. The cocktails at the beach and pool bars were poorly made and tasted more like juice."

"The property was spacious, clean. Fresh towels when needed, always topped up bottles of water. Beds were comfy. Shower was good. Spare pillows and blankets were available in the if needed."
