Not enough equipment to use kitchen. Had to ask for glasses. lower floor quite noisy from the bar downstairs. Also had to ask for a quilt as there was only a sheet on the bed and we were cold.

"The team were very friendly and a great support with questions we had. We were met at the airport terminal and driven to the hotel using the free shuttle service. The room was really spacious and clean and breakfast was a great selection. We had asked for help with something very specific which wasn't part of the hotel and the team said to leave it with them and they'd call the room when they had the answer and, they did that!"

Yleisissä tiloissa oli tosi lämmin. Pientä päivittämistä materiaaleissa alkaisi olla, esim. aamiaistilan matossa näkyi elämisen jäljet.

Very small rooms, food options r limited and very expensive, exchange rate at reception is very poor, toiletries in room is very limited, not easy to find a taxi, no mini markets/shops around.

"Traditional hotel with very relaxed atmosphere. Family owned and staff who were absolutely lovely. Funny, friendly and helpful. Quite quirky with a definite African ambience. Not trying to be too perfect!! Close to the beach in a quiet area. Super pool with stress free feeling as quite shallow and never busy. Surrounded by beautiful gardens and visited regularly by cheeky monkeys."

A lack of written information describing amenities. Mosquitos can be a problem if you normally suffer after being bitten.

Hotellin tiedoissa mainittiin spa-osasto, mutta vasta paikan päällä minulle selvisi, että palvelu oli lisämaksullinen niille, jotka olivat varanneet standard-huoneen.

"Superb property, with huge rooms and excellent pool. Excellent and responsive general manager. Very secure."

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.

"The staff were extremely helpful and nice. They accommodated us in all of the ways that we needed them to. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable and the amenities provided with the resort were even better. Delicious food, amazing staff, and an awesome room/view."

"location. Usually the cafe in the hotel is lovely but that was closed. The pool is very relaxed (small but so personable and quite). The location and use of all the Weston beach is the best. Without the pretentiousness."

That the restaurant isn't closed and no one helped me with my huge case to my room ( iwas on my own and kinda just pointed in the right direction even though I had three bags.

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

Ovien äänieristys. Sitä ei käytännössä ole. Minulla sattui samaan aikaan olemaan joku kouluryhmä majoittumassa samaan aikaan. Ihan kaikki kuului huoneeseen. Se oli todella haastavaa, kun olin hyvin väsynyt saapuessani hoteliin
