"Very good staff but the room was small and there was no any tub in bath even I requested before check in"

The hotel has a serious issue with plumbing. Didn't get hot water for quite a long time in teh shower and had to wait long, while the hot water was yelowish.

"Apparently we got upgraded which was great, very large executive 1 bedroom. Ocean View was nice, pool area on roof was great. Quiet"

Only issue was the shower, hot and cold temp faulty, water pressure poor.

Huone oli pimeä, ainoan näkymän ulos tarjosi vessan/kylpyhuoneen ikkuna. Parveke/terassi sijaitsi tosiasiassa hotellin käytävällä eli ei ole yksityinen.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

"I want to talk about only one topic regarding my hotel stay. I want to talk about the towels in the bathroom. The towels are very large, very white, and very thick. They wrap the body with so much love. Yes, true love. It's a real home."

It’s a bit way out to get to any bars or restaurants on foot- St.Lawrence Gap, £10 e/w, for amenities. Walk at your peril the roads & drivers are haphazard & it takes a good half hour if you’re relatively fit!

The bacon and sausages at breakfast were not the best but this is usual for Korea. Westerners might notice this, Koreans won't mind them at all.

"The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood. The rooms are clean and spacey. The bed is very comfortable and the internet is fast. The staff is very friendly and also gives tips for sightseeing tours. Breakfast is also available around noon. The quality-price relation is very good for this hotel. We would book this hotel immediately again."

Bathrooms deffinately need up dating, carpets in the corridors need taking out and tiles flooring put down there’s really nothing around such as shops, places to eat it is deffinately the last stop before the ferry terminal

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

"Pienehkö hotelli hiljaisella alueella kuitenkin lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä joko kävellen tai julkisilla (raitiovaunut 4 tai 6, metrolinja M2 tai M4). Hotellin läheisyydestä löytyy muutamia ravintoloita ja baareja. Huoneet pienehköjä mutta toimivia."

"Loistavalla sijainnilla pääkadun varrella. Hyvät huoneet ja aamupalat. Kaupat, ravintolat ja nähtävyydet heti oven ulkopuolella, samoin kuin joen rannan lauttayhteydet. Viikonlopun iltoina hieman kantautui huoneeseen ääntä kävelykaduksi muutetulta tieltä. Henkilökunta varsin auttavaista ja myös pesulapalvelu toimi hyvin ja edullisesti."

"Hyvä ranta. Riittävästi henkilöstöä. Ruuhkainen aamiainen ja pienet juomalasit. Paljon sotaa käyvän maan kansalaisia."

Huonepalvelu kävi joka ilts klo 21 paikkeilla häiritsemässä, kysymässä tarviiko lisäpyyhkeitä. Aamiaisella loppui osa ruuista. Lähikauppoja esim ruokia/juomia varten ei ole.

Uima-altaan remontti ei miellyttänyt. Uima-allas pieneni huomattavasti. Liian matala aikuisille, mutta pienille lapsille hyvä.
