"It is a old hotel with a lot of character and charm. Very high ceilings."

The bathroom could use some work and a deep scrubbing.

Yleisissä tiloissa oli tosi lämmin. Pientä päivittämistä materiaaleissa alkaisi olla, esim. aamiaistilan matossa näkyi elämisen jäljet.

Voisi jokupäivä jäjestää tansii /disko musiikki joka asukkaat voi nauttia juomia ja tanssii. Ei tarvi käydä hotelli ulkopuolella.

The pool wasn't working 💔🥹it was my first priority when I was booking the place,and they told me when I was already checking in🤦‍♀️

"Das Zimmer war sauber und verfügt über eine Klimaanlage."

In dem Zimmer befand sich eine kleine Küchenzeile, die aber keinen Gegenstand enthielt (also insb. keinen Becher oder Glas). Außerdem ist das Hotel sehr hellhörig.

There was nothing at all to fislike

"Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, mutta parasta oli loistava sijainti vanhan bazaarin vieressä sekä upea kattoterassi ja uima-allas. Hotelli oli myös perheystävällinen!"

"Our NGO had a conference in the hotel. the staff was excellent in preparing the conference room and addressing out needs. The conference catered food was excellent. I stayed in the hotel for 2 weeks and had breakfast every day. After the first 2 days, I realized that one could order eggs or omelet. Which was fine but why didn't they tell me at the beginning? Fruit selection was good. Coffee was also good. the wam milk for coffee was frequently empty but refilled on request."

The quality of toileters should be better. The mini bar was empty and needed to ask for water at around 3:00 AM. Lastly, the price is a bit high.

Hotel is huge, staff are struggling to deal with the people when is crowded , service is not high standard , half board they charge for drinks, for water 5 Dinar,inside spa is very expensive overall this hotel is good for low prices

Ilmastointia ei ole joten kuumina päivinä huone voi olla todella lämmin. Ikkunan saa kyllä auki niin ilma kiertää vähän.

Gym wasn't great - much equipment not working

"Extremely cool hotel if you go for a Tatami room. I liked the setting near a temple and in a quieter neighborhood but not too far from central Kyoto's nightlife area."

I think the beds need to upgrade, comparing with other hotels where I recent stayed.

"Walking distance / Near to the Taman Marzuki theather. Plenty of food nearby too."

Probably just the traffic and noises makes by vendor as the hotel is opposite the national library. Hence many youngsters hangout there everyday and worst is over the weekend.

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"Hyvä ranta. Riittävästi henkilöstöä. Ruuhkainen aamiainen ja pienet juomalasit. Paljon sotaa käyvän maan kansalaisia."

Huonepalvelu kävi joka ilts klo 21 paikkeilla häiritsemässä, kysymässä tarviiko lisäpyyhkeitä. Aamiaisella loppui osa ruuista. Lähikauppoja esim ruokia/juomia varten ei ole.

"Hyvä aamiainen viihtyisässä ruokasalissa. Hotelli oli sisältä todella kaunis ja vanhanaikainen sisustus loi arvokkuutta."

Huoneessa ei ollut hyvä varustelutaso, muun muassa teen ja kahvin keittämismahdollisuutta ei ollut.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

"Pienehkö hotelli hiljaisella alueella kuitenkin lähellä kaikkia nähtävyyksiä joko kävellen tai julkisilla (raitiovaunut 4 tai 6, metrolinja M2 tai M4). Hotellin läheisyydestä löytyy muutamia ravintoloita ja baareja. Huoneet pienehköjä mutta toimivia."

Aktiviteetteja olisi voinut olla enemmän esim. lautapelit tai paikallinen kulttuuri.

"Loistava sijainti öisillä metsän äänillä, luonto lähellä, vaikka kaupungissa. Kaikki keskeiset kohteet kävelymatkan päässä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lentokenttäkuljetukset toimivat sovitusti ajallaan (päivällä maksuton, yökuljetus kentältä 20bnd). Huoneemme oli varaamaamme suurempi ja parvekkeellinen. Tehokas ilmastointi."

Huoneemme tapaan hotelli on pintaremontin tarpeessa, mutta sekin oli yleisissä tiloissa työn alla oleskelumme aikana.
