Mr. Nurlan was incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way — not only inside the hotel, but even outside the hotel, assisting us with arrangements, guidance, and personal support that went far beyond his duties. His dedication, generosity, and genuine care are truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our stay was smooth, comfortable, and unforgettable. He turned our visit to Gabala into a perfect experience and set a new standard for what true hospitality means. This hotel is outstanding, but Mr. Nurlan is its greatest asset. "I's a nice, relaxing place in a beautiful natural setting. A bit above Nioumachoua and with a very nice view over the hills and coast from the room balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful and they can inform you about possible activities as well. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean, there was an (intact) mosquito net and air con. The breakfast was included and you can order dinner as well, which was delicious."

The door handles tend to fall out and should be repaired. Some ants in the room. Some waiting time for breakfast.

El desayuno es muy tarde. Entiendo que debería ser más temprano. Ya que a las 9 es muy tarde y no hay nada cerca para desayunar.

Resort is tailored to Asian touists with a lack of English instructions on remotes, etc, but staff were super helpful.

"Clean rooms, helpful staff, and close proximity to Petra. Ammar is a truly kind and helpful person. He contacted us before our arrival to make sure everything was ready, which we really appreciated. He recommended the best route for visiting Petra, and nice restaurant which turned out to be the best meal we had in Jordan. All the staff members were incredibly friendly and supportive. My friend and I stayed at Anbat Midtown Hotel during a difficult time due to the war, yet they continued to provide excellent hospitality and made sure we felt safe and well cared for. During such an uncertain period, Ammar and his team truly made us feel at home , just as he had promised."

"Het meest beviel ons de rust en hygiëne. We aten ontbijt en diner in het hotel. Vantevoren konden we aangeven hoe laat we het wilden hebben en wat we wilden eten. De kok luisterde goed naar onze wensen. Verder is het personeel zeer behulpzaam en helpt wanneer nodig."

Eigenlijk viel niets echt tegen. Omdat het een nieuwe lokatie is, merk je dat de medewerkers nog wat onwennig zijn en moet je pro-actief zijn. Zo hadden we handdoeken en een kopje voor 1 persoon op de kamer terwijl we met zijn tweeën waren. Als je erom vraagt zorgen ze snel dat het wordt opgelost. Als je TV wil kijken, houd er rekening mee dat je alleen YouTube video's kunt bekijken 😀 De lokatie is gelegen op een zeer stil punt in Zomba en heeft geen buitenterras, dat zou nog wel fijn zijn. En, zoals je wel vaker tegenkomt in Malawi, het weggetje ernaartoe is een zandpad met stenen en kuilen, dus houd daar rekening mee.

The room have unpleasant smell from the toilet initially. But overall room was clean and seems to be maintained well.
