"In general a very nice hotel, inside and outside. The swimming pool was great"

Nothing special to point out, the TV was bit old and the image was not very clear

"Aamupala oli ihan ok perussetti. Oli ihan hyvä erikoiskahvikone ja tarjolla mm leipiä, munia eri muodossa, croisantteja, muroja, jogurttia ja hedelmiä. Sai vatsansa täyteen. Meillä oli hieno merinäköala parvekkeelta. Sängyt olivat mukavat ja piha oli kiva kun pääsi heti omalle rannalle ja pihalla oli 2 mukavaa makuukeinua. Ranta oli kiva ja vesi kirkasta. Bussi 4 Dubrovnikiin lähti tien toiselta puolelta. Lähellä hotellia oli ravintoloita ja muutamia pieniä turistikauppoja ja pieni ostoskeskus. Tältä alueelta voi tehdä kävelyjä hienoissa maisemissa Babin kukiin, Gruzin satamaan ja kävelimme myös 45 min Dubrovnikiin kun sää oli sopiva 20-22 astetta koko viikon."

Hotelli oli toimiva mutta alkaa olla jo pienen remontin tarpeessa. Huoneiden ovet eivät ole tiiviit joten äänieristys paranisi heti käytävältä jos ne tiivistettäisiin. Suihku oli ahdas kun suihkuverho otti kiinni kun seisoit ammeessa. Ilmastointilaitteessa oli enemmän ääntä kuin tehoa. Iltaruoka ei vastannut odotuksiani.

"Hyvä ranta. Riittävästi henkilöstöä. Ruuhkainen aamiainen ja pienet juomalasit. Paljon sotaa käyvän maan kansalaisia."

Huonepalvelu kävi joka ilts klo 21 paikkeilla häiritsemässä, kysymässä tarviiko lisäpyyhkeitä. Aamiaisella loppui osa ruuista. Lähikauppoja esim ruokia/juomia varten ei ole.

Ovien äänieristys. Sitä ei käytännössä ole. Minulla sattui samaan aikaan olemaan joku kouluryhmä majoittumassa samaan aikaan. Ihan kaikki kuului huoneeseen. Se oli todella haastavaa, kun olin hyvin väsynyt saapuessani hoteliin

"The staff were welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. There was a hot, good pressure shower. It’s in a great location for the bus station. The breakfast, which was 5€ extra each, was especially delicious and really set us up for the day."

The area is absolutely manic, the actual car park entrance was difficult to find, bar very limited, staff on bar seemed disinterested until we paid the bill and gave a tip which cheered her up.

"Loistavalla sijainnilla pääkadun varrella. Hyvät huoneet ja aamupalat. Kaupat, ravintolat ja nähtävyydet heti oven ulkopuolella, samoin kuin joen rannan lauttayhteydet. Viikonlopun iltoina hieman kantautui huoneeseen ääntä kävelykaduksi muutetulta tieltä. Henkilökunta varsin auttavaista ja myös pesulapalvelu toimi hyvin ja edullisesti."

Clean and tidy and a great swimming pool , great food and cold beer.

Beds had small split pillows instead of one big pillow.

"All in all the service provided by the hotel during my 3 night stay was amazing. All the services requires are available and event it is more convenient with the additional hospitality provided by our host of the meeting PNG Customs."

The only challenge I encounter which requires some improvement is the internet connectivity especially the WFI coverage and connectivity which at times it is very weak while in the room. Otherwise everything else provided by the hotel is exceptionally outstanding.

The food in the restaurant is ok but not the best and the waiters are slow. The breakfast is very poor and it is better to eat outside at 100% Natural. The reception did no tell us about the yoga which we missed. Also that did not tell us that we should book the whale trip in advance because now it was sold out and we had to book a private trip.

The need for transportation if you wanted to go anywhere else.

Tuplapeitto ei hyvä idea.

"Sijainti tarpeeseen nähden erinomainen. Linja 1 ratikka lähtee vierestä, samoin linja-auto kulkee vierestä."

Huone oli tosi pelkistetty.

The breakfast a bit poor

"Huone oli siisti, henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä, mutta parasta oli loistava sijainti vanhan bazaarin vieressä sekä upea kattoterassi ja uima-allas. Hotelli oli myös perheystävällinen!"

"Loistava sijainti öisillä metsän äänillä, luonto lähellä, vaikka kaupungissa. Kaikki keskeiset kohteet kävelymatkan päässä. Erittäin ystävällinen henkilökunta. Lentokenttäkuljetukset toimivat sovitusti ajallaan (päivällä maksuton, yökuljetus kentältä 20bnd). Huoneemme oli varaamaamme suurempi ja parvekkeellinen. Tehokas ilmastointi."

Huoneemme tapaan hotelli on pintaremontin tarpeessa, mutta sekin oli yleisissä tiloissa työn alla oleskelumme aikana.

Construction/renovations going on (some days loud). There was a huge cockroach in my room. These were both minor inconveniences for me, the rest of the stay was phenomenal.

Absolutely nothing.

Vegaanisia vaihtoehtoja oli aamupalalla todella vähän.

"Viileä huone, vaikka hellepäivä. Hyvä sänky. Rauhallista. Kivat ulkoilumaastot lähellä ja sijainti suht lähellä keskustaa."

Yleisissä tiloissa oli tosi lämmin. Pientä päivittämistä materiaaleissa alkaisi olla, esim. aamiaistilan matossa näkyi elämisen jäljet.

There was nothing at all to fislike

"Breakfast was good and most of the time it has variety. Staff are fantastic.The omelette bar was the best as the other hot food is in bain-marie and is not as good."

Great room and fabulous views of the bay. I loved waking up in the morning and watching the boats going up and down the bay.

"A good option in Kolonia. There isn't too much else. Run by Chinese, and they have a restaurant that opens for lunch and dinner, they can do your laundry, and you can hire an SUV car through them too. The beds were comfy, and the TV could get YouTube. Bottled water provided. The air con worked well too. Walking distance from the airport, but they picked me up and stopped me off. Very kind."

The hotel looks a bit grim and unappealing from outside. Could do with a lick of paint, and cheering up.
