Vain muutaman askeleen päässä monumentaalisista Dubrovnikin muureista ja 200 metrin päässä suositulta Banjen rannalta sijaitsevassa Apartment Nerassa on tarjolla ilmastointi, ilmainen Wi-Fi, satelliitti-tv ja täysin varusteltu minikeittiö. Tämä studiotyyppinen huoneisto on sisustettu muutamilla perinteisillä elementeillä, kuten kivimuuriyksityiskohdilla. Siellä on parkettilattiat ja kylpyhuone, jossa on suihku ja hiustenkuivaaja. Minikeittiössä on jääkaappi, leivänpaahdin ja vedenkeitin. Nera Apartment paikallistuu heti Unescon suojelukohteisiin kuuluvan Dubrovnikin vanhankaupungin takana. Lähimpään ruokakauppaan ja kulinaarinen universumian on matkaa vain 50 metriä, ja kaikki kaupungin vetovoimaisimmat nähtävyydet ovat helpon kävelymatkan päässä. Apartment Neralla on yhteistyökumppani, joka voi järjestää pyynnöstä kuljetuspalveluja ja lyhyitä retkiä ylellisillä autoilla. Julkisen liikenteen bussit pysähtyvät vain 20 metrin päässä Nerasta. Lauttasatama ja linja-autoasema ovat noin 3 km:n päässä, ja lentokentälle on matkaa noin 23 km.

"We had read the excellent reviews and the apartment on two levels (with bathrooms on each level) was just right for our family. The location of the apartment is brilliant, with the balconies looking out to the city walls and old port. It is just a 2 minute walk from an entrance to the old town. There are restaurants next to the apartment, as well as local supermarkets and a taxi rank. The owner and his family met us when we arrived and were clearly passionate about doing all they could to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. We had a wonderful time. Halva ti puno."

The host let us know that the annual arts festival was starting that evening, so we enjoyed those festivities and could even see the fireworks show from the balcony. The space itself is very modern + well equipped- plenty of space for our family of 5."
"There was mis-communication between Booking + the host. The host had to jump into a cab and fight through traffic to get to us to open the door. The system relied on our expected check in time and wasn't updated when we wrote to say (the day before) that we would be arriving at check in time."
