Augustea Terrace sisältää Unescon suojelemassa historiallisessa keskustassa, 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Peristil-aukiolta, Splitin katedraalilta (Sveti Duje) ja Riva-promenadilta. Studioissa on ilmainen Wi-Fi, taulu-tv ja ilmastointi. Vuonna 2012 uusituissa studioissa on sohva ja oma kylpyhuone. Niiden minikeittiössä on jääkaappi, mikroaaltouuni ja vedenkeitin. Tästä ranta-alueella olevasta majoituspaikasta on merinäköala. Vieraat voivat tutustua historialliseen keskustaan, jonka kapeilla kaduilla on lukuisia ravintoloita, kahviloita ja kauppoja. Augustea Terrace on 5 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä vihermarkkinoilta ja ruokakaupoista. Splitin bussi- ja rautatieasemat sekä lauttasatama ovat 300 metrin päässä. Bačvicen ranta on 15 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä. Splitin lentokenttä on 22 km:n päässä.

"The terrace at the appartment is really nice; this is the biggest asset of the appartment. Seaview, south oriented, sun and shade all day long. The view is magnificent. The old town just 5 mins walking."

The apartment was modern , clean and nicely decorated - not huge, but big enough. Pet friendly. George met us to give us the keys - he was very helpful advising us where to park and bring extra bedding etc. The air conditioning was bliss!"

"Huone ja majoitus kokonaisuudessaan oli erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla ainakin jos on auto käytössä ja haluaa liikkua rannikkoa pitkin myös muualle. Zatonin rantaan lyhyt kävelymatka, missä muutama ravintola ja pääsee uimaan. Muuta lähistöllä ei kovin paljon palveluita, mutta kaikki tarvittava. Omistajat/Henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja omistajien koira (pieni ja ystävällinen) tykkäsi ottaa rapsutuksia vastaan :) Mielestäni majoitus vastasi täysin kuvausta, eikä ole moitittavaa."
