Splitissä sijaitseva Blue Tree Rooms on 500 metrin päässä Unescon suojelemasta Diocletianuksen palatsista. Se tarjoaa ilmaisen Wi-Fi:n ja ilmastoituja huoneita, joissa on kaapelikanavilla saatavilla taulu-tv. Kaikissa huoneissa on pienellä pakastimella käytössä jääkaappi, työpöytä ja puulattia. Omissa kylpyhuoneissa on lämmitin, suihku ja ilmaisia kylpytuotteita. Ruokakauppa on 20 metrin päässä. Kiinalainen kulinaarinen universumi ja pizzeria ovat 50 metrin säteellä. Palatsin kapeilla kaduilla on lisäksi monia viehättäviä baareja ja ravintoloita. Kaupungin suosittu Bačvice-ranta on 1,4 km:n päässä. Marjanin metsäpuistoalue on 1,5 km:n päässä ja tarjoaa vaellus- ja pyöräilyreittejä sekä kauniit panoraamanäköalat. Splitin päärautatie- ja linja-autoasemat ovat 800 metrin päässä. Splitin lauttasatama on aivan niiden vieressä ja tarjoaa säännölliset yhteydet useille Dalmatian saarille. Splitin kansainväliselle lentokentälle on 25 km:n matka. Unescon suojelukohteisiin kuuluva Trogirin vanhakaupunki on 30 km:n päässä Blue Treestä.

"Huone oli todella siisti ja hyvin varusteltu. Ilmalämpöpumppu oli tehokas ja korkeista lämpötiloista huolimatta huone oli aina viileä. Keskustan vilinä vain pienen kävelymatkan päässä. Kaikin puolin hyvä kokemus!"

"1 yön majoitus, 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta (9 ja 16 v.). Valtavankokoinen (8000 vuodepaikkaa), siisti, moderni ja kaikenmaailman aktiviteeteilla höystetty leirintäalue/resortti. Deluxe family mobilehome oli uusi, siisti ja hyvinvarusteltu 'mökkivaunu'. Se palveli meitä hyvin ja oli 4 hengelle tilava."

"Huone ja majoitus kokonaisuudessaan oli erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla ainakin jos on auto käytössä ja haluaa liikkua rannikkoa pitkin myös muualle. Zatonin rantaan lyhyt kävelymatka, missä muutama ravintola ja pääsee uimaan. Muuta lähistöllä ei kovin paljon palveluita, mutta kaikki tarvittava. Omistajat/Henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja omistajien koira (pieni ja ystävällinen) tykkäsi ottaa rapsutuksia vastaan :) Mielestäni majoitus vastasi täysin kuvausta, eikä ole moitittavaa."
