Tämä pieni guesthouse sijoitettu 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Uvalan rannalta ja tarjoaa valoisia huoneita, joissa on parkettilattiat. Dubrovnikin historialliseen keskustaan liikennöivät bussit pysähtyvät 40 metrin päässä majoituspaikasta. WiFi on ilmainen kaikissa tiloissa. Grillillä varustetun vehreän puutarhan ympäröimä Lapad House tarjoaa rauhallisen sijainnin. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on patio. Huoneissa on korkea katto, ja niihin pääsee runsaasti luonnonvaloa. Italiasta ja Pohjois-Kroatiasta tulevat lautat saapuvat satamaan, joka on 2 km:n päässä. Majoituspaikka on 10 minuutin ajomatkan päässä Dubrovnikin muinaisilta muureilta ja 30 minuutin ajomatkan päässä lentoasemalta.

"Everything! Maro is super friendly and provided us with excellent recommendations and special touches that made our trip even more memorable. The room was perfect for our needs and the bed was comfortable. We kept thinking aloud how great the location is. Number 6 bus into the old town and short walks to beaches, convenience stores or supermarkets and lovely places to eat or drink around Lapad. We feel so privileged to have stayed here. "Fantastic owners. Kind and always available. Comfortable and clean room. Clean bathroom with all the necessary amenties. The balcony allows you to relax with a drink in the open air. Excellent location in a beautiful area of Dubrovnik with beaches, restaurants and shops. The bus stop to reach the center is a few meters from the house. The port from which the various tours to the islands depart is a few minutes walk away. We will definitely return if we decide to return to Dubrovnik!"

"The owner was very friendly and gave us good advice on public transport and where to go swimming. The bigger distance to the old town is no problem as you can take the bus near Lapad house, which will take you to the city center in only 10 minutes for +-€1.5. We arrived by car. Although there is no parking at the house, if you warn the owner in advance that you will come by car, he will try to help you find a parking spot nearby."

"Host went out of his way to help us giving us lots of local advice, offered us a welcome drink and traditional coffee. Property was very near bus stop with a short ride to the old town. La Pad has a lovely marina and promenade with lots of restaurants and cafes. Room had everything we needed lovely little balcony."

"1 yön majoitus, 2 aikuista ja 2 lasta (9 ja 16 v.). Valtavankokoinen (8000 vuodepaikkaa), siisti, moderni ja kaikenmaailman aktiviteeteilla höystetty leirintäalue/resortti. Deluxe family mobilehome oli uusi, siisti ja hyvinvarusteltu 'mökkivaunu'. Se palveli meitä hyvin ja oli 4 hengelle tilava."

"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."

"Huone ja majoitus kokonaisuudessaan oli erittäin siisti ja hyvällä paikalla ainakin jos on auto käytössä ja haluaa liikkua rannikkoa pitkin myös muualle. Zatonin rantaan lyhyt kävelymatka, missä muutama ravintola ja pääsee uimaan. Muuta lähistöllä ei kovin paljon palveluita, mutta kaikki tarvittava. Omistajat/Henkilökunta ystävällisiä ja omistajien koira (pieni ja ystävällinen) tykkäsi ottaa rapsutuksia vastaan :) Mielestäni majoitus vastasi täysin kuvausta, eikä ole moitittavaa."

"The terrace was the best with a beautiful view, we enjoyed it every day. 15 min away from Dubrovnik. It was peaceful and quiet during the evenings. There are pádel board and Kayak’s they you can use free of charge. Niko is really nice and friendly he arrange a funny tour for us. Airco properly working. The beach is right at your finger tips."
