Vuonna 2015 kunnostettu Orsan Residence sisältää vain muutaman askeleen päässä merestä ja tarjoaa ilmaisen WiFi:n. Unescon suojelemaan Dubrovnikin vanhaankaupunkiin on nopeat bussiyhteydet. Aidoissa kivitaloissa sijaitsevissa huoneissa on ilmastointi ja ilmainen WiFi-yhteys. Asiakkaiden käytettävissä on jaettu oleskelutila ja keittiö, jossa on tulisija. Tarjolla on merinäköala. Asiakkaat voivat kävellä Dubrovnikin vanhaankaupunkiin tai lenkkeillä pitkin kaunista rantakatua, joka kulkee Cosmai-residenssin edestä. Lähistöllä on tarjolla erilaisia ranta- ja vesiurheilumahdollisuuksia, kuten laitesukellusta, sekä tennis- ja jalkapallokentät. Naapurustossa on samoin wellness-keskuksia. Kaupungin keskusta on täynnä historiallisia nähtävyyksiä, museoita ja vanhoja kirkkoja, ja sinne on 10 minuutin bussimatka. Paikan päältä voi varata veneretkiä Elafiti-saarille, kalapiknikkejä, off-road-safareita, opastettuja kävelyretkiä ja muita retkiä. Noutopalvelu lentokentältä on saatavilla pyynnöstä.

"Sijainti oli erinomainen ravintoloihin ja rantoihin nähden ja bussi vanhaan kaupunkiin lähti ihan läheltä. Alue oli myös hyvin rauhallinen. Omistaja oli erittäin avulias ja hotellista välittyi lämminhenkinen tunnelma. Huoneet olivat todella siistejä ja rantapyyhkeitä oli saatavilla. Jos haluaa tukea pientä perheyritystä on tämä loistava valinta."

"Marko was very welcoming and happy to give lots of information. He always checks that his guest are comfortable. There is a little kitchenette which is useful for drinks and making breakfast. It is even possible to cook there. I could see the sea from my little balcony. The beach is a 12 minute walk away. I loved a quiet morning swim. There is a lovely restaurant opposite the apartment. The old city of Dubrovnik is easy to reach by a 10 minute bus ride."

"It was so homely and comfortable and had a beautiful balcony. I loved that it was far enough away from Zrce beach but close enough for a cheap uber, allowing us to be in the heart of the real croatia. the beach was so close and was so beautiful and secluded and we all really enjoyed ourselves! It was really easy to use all of the facilities like the job and microwave and shower and we were able to get on with daily activities as usual."

"The rooms were very clean and the balcony was overlooking the beach. You have Restaurant’s a few feet away. There is a small supermarket 200 meters away , it is a little pricey but I suggest you stock up on essentials before you arrive. The beach 🏝️ is a few steps away and the water is amazing. Small shops along the waterfront include a small bakery stand, fruit stand, icecream and crepes, restaurants and 3 shops with all the beach essentials."

"Valtavan iso resort alue kauniilla rannalla. Sijainti Zadarista n. 30min autolla. Isot pysäköinti alueet. Ihana paikka, suosittelen! Matkustajia oli vauvasta vaariin, koko perheen lomakeskus ! Pidin siitä, että majoituksessa oli oma pieni terassi ja keittiö."
"Very uncomplicated check-in, host was very kind and easy to contact in case we had questions. We got nice information about public transportation, unfortunately the dog wasnt allowed on the bus. The host speaks bery good German. Location was close to the beach. The room was clean and had air conditioning. We could park in front of the house and we were allowed to leave the car there even after we checked out."
