"I would say that overall impression is very good, appartement is spacious, clean, have enough dishes and cutlery, good swimming pool and sandy beach near by. Good and convenient parking space for standard car. I would underline that Internet is very weak which is quite strange nowdays (and it is not WIFI connection it is really internet, you can't watch video at all). There is a place for a washing machine in the bathroom, but there is no washing machine, which could be a nice thing to have especially when the residence is far from all the infrastructure. I would suggest to add drying racks, we took ours because we saw other tourists reports, the same is for the fan that we took from home to use upstairs. In general, we didn't use AC that much, but it depends how you are resistant to the hot during night time. We missed vacuum cleaner as well, because of the sand. Mop or brush don't help that efficient."

Please mind that there is no lift in the building so you have to take heavy suitcases by yourself, which was not a big problem, but could be for some people. I would as well some brochures containng the entertaiments around as well as urgent phones, etc. I understand that there are many people from surroundings, but sometimes you have visitors far from Croatia and we have no idea where to go and what to do."

"Meine Frau und ich waren schon vor 6 Jahren in einem Apartment von Lavanda. Diesmal waren wir mit drei Enkel unterwegs. Unser Apartment war diesmal im 2.Stock. Super eingerichtete Küche und das gesamte Apartment ist geschmackvoll und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Kinder hatten einen eigenen Bereich mit 3 Betten auf einer Galerie über dem Wohnzimmer, hat ihnen sehr gefallen. Ein gepflegter Swimmingpool ist auch bei der Unterkunft ist auch bei der Unterkunft, aber wir waren lieber am Meer. Gehzeit ca. 5 Minuten und sicher für Kinder. Liegen kosten 6€/Tag und es sind genug Bäume vorhanden. Das Meer war sauber, aber Badeschuhe sind erforderlich."
