Raič kätkeytyy vain 10 minuutin kävelymatkan päässä Dubrovnikin vanhastakaupungista. Sen huoneiden yhteydessä olevilta kalustetuilta parvekkeilta avautuvat loistava näkymät kaupunkiin. Dubrovnikin itsenäisyyden symboli Orlandon pylväs on 700 metrin päässä. Cilipin lentoasema on 21 km:n päässä, ja noutopalvelu voidaan järjestää pyynnöstä ja lisämaksusta. Päiväretkiä voidaan järjestää paikan päällä.

"Majatalon emäntä oli todella mukava. Huone oli todella siisti ja siellä oli shampoota, hoitoainetta, kahvia, teetä. Huoneesta oli upeat näköalat (jonka vuoksi täytyi tulla ylös melko pitkä mäki)."

"The accommodation was lovely especially if you had the two front rooms with balconies looking over the sea. The shared kitchen was also excellent and a bonus. Would definitely stay again and recommend. There was a considerable amount of steps up to the property but it wasnt a problem for us, and the views were amazing."

"Walking up stairs from old town was significant, 20min mostly stairs. Lots of sweating every time. You'll be okay if you're fit. The house is shared with 4 other rooms, so the view is often not private."
