"Siisti huoneisto lähellä vanhaa kaupunkia. Paistinpannu oli pinnaltaan rikkoutunut, mutta saimme sinne uuden pannun, kun ilmoitimme asiasta. Viestintä toimi hyvin ja asia korjattiin."

"Aterimia olisi saanut olla enemmän, siellä oli vain yksi ruokailuveitsi. Mutta pärjäsimme silläkin. Pyyhkeet eivät tahtoneet kuivua koska syksyinen ilma on niin kostea, eikä ilmalämpöpumppu ollut päällä. Mutta tämäkään ei meitä haitannut. Eli ei mitään erikoista mistä emme olisi pitäneet."

"Kohteen ilmastointi oli tehokas ja tarpeellinen! Asunnossamme oli lisäksi parveke, mikä oli todella kiva lisä."

"Asunnon sijainti oli hyvä lähellä bussi- ja rautatieasemaa, vanhaa kaupunkia ja rantabulevardia. Asunto oli tilava hyvin varustettu ja siinä oli kaikki, mitä lomalla tarvitsi. Parasta asunnossa oli kuitenkin sen isäntä Maté. Palvelu oli ystävällistä, kaikki toimi ja saimme myös erinomaisen opastuksen Splitin nähtävyyksiin ja palveluihin."

"The room was spacious with a big balcony, close to the city center, beach, bus station, and shops, yet quiet, and the friendly host gave us a great summary of the top attractions."

"Tidy, good facilities for what we needed for our 2 night stay. Close to the town"

"The lack of hot water, it was very dependent on the residents and timing of showers."

"Excellent location!! It is very near to the city centre. There is a 24 hours bakery near the property. There is also a supermarket and a döner shop very near to the apartment."

"The staff was unhelpful and unprofessional. We sent two messages—one about changing the batteries in the remote ( we were not able to use the tv as the remote was not working) and another about the lack of salt and pepper in the kitchen ( which is something that you usually don't carry with you). The response was rude and dismissive, simply saying “it is what it is” and that nothing could be done. The kitchen was poorly equipped. While there was a coffee machine, there were no capsules provided. Additionally, there was no oven, which was a big inconvenience as we planned to heat up frozen food. The workstation in the kitchen was extremely small, with no space to put washed dishes, making it difficult to prepare meals. To make matters worse, the room was much smaller than the photos had led us to believe. Overall, the experience was far from what we expected."

"It was close to the port. This ground floor apartment was neat and tidy and newly renovated so facilities were nice and fresh."

"Maybe a little hard to find initially due to its location up a small alley but once found it was easy to locate again"

"Really clean and fresh. Immaculate. Mate was so lovely, made the whole arrival and say so smooth and was super helpful. Gave us some excellent tips and went out of his way to help. The property was ideally located just a 5 min walk from split centre and had everything we needed."

"Mate was so helpful he organised Anna Marie a lovely lady to pick us up at the airport ,we used her for our drive back to the airport at the end of our holiday.The appartment was clen and comfortable and so near everything the perfect location. We arrived very late past midnight but mate met our car and helped take our cases up the stairs to the appartment .I would not hesitate to book this appartment again Mate told us of an all night bakery close by and lots of helpful information.If there were no stairs this would be a ten . As I said Mate helped with the very heavy cases so the stairs became less of a problem Thanks Mate your friendlieness and helpfullness will always be remembered 😊"
