Splitin bussi- ja rautatieasemat sekä lauttasatama ovat 400 metrin säteellä. Lauttasatamasta on säännölliset yhteydet monille Dalmatian saarille. Splitin kansainvälinen lentokenttä on 22 km:n päässä Split Center Roomsista.

"Spotlessly clean Our host Ivanca was welcoming and friendly"

"The accommodation was a five minute walk from the main walled city and we chose it for the lovely balcony looking across to the port. It was great to be able to have our meals outside. Our host lived just below and was very friendly and helpful when needed."
"The kitchenette was in the bedroom which felt a little cramped, but the balcony made up for it."
"The owner was lovely and very nice. Very close to the big supermarket. Quiet place and 10 minutes walking to the city centre."
"It was not easy to carry the big heavy luggage into the room as the stairs were quite small. Wifi wasn’t great, especially in the evening. We don’t like the smell of the bed. No shower gel or shampoo."
"It was really central. Far enough away by a few minutes not to hear hustle and bustle of busy streets. Ivanka and her Son were fantastic and made everything possible. Really nice people. Palace and Green Market close . Bed/pillows comfy."

"Perfect location, loved that we were able to travel back during the day if we needed to easily and it didn’t feel like hassle. It was clean and a great choice for our stay."
"Great it had a kitchen but it is super small, we struggled to make basic egg breakfasts and sandwiches but we made do, I wouldn’t recommend it if planning to eat lots of meals at home during the holiday but otherwise wouldn’t be a problem."

"The location of the property is excellent, walking distance from the port, the Diocletian Palace and bars and restaurants. We stayed in the comfort room which was clean and comfortable and quiet, although the bathroom was rather dated and the towels provided were very small and quite rough and threadbare. Ivanka is a very amenable host, although her English is limited; she speaks German and Croatian. The internet was rather hit and miss whilst we were there, the explanation given was that other guests were streaming movies/working from their room but we weren’t convinced. We didn’t use the tv but it looked like it was also dependant on streaming so would probably not have worked whilst we were there. It’s possible that the WiFi isn’t sufficient for the whole property. We enjoyed our stay and it was ideal for what we were looking for."

"Lovely site, like being a guest in their home. Gorgeous terrace for meals or snack times, reading or chatting. Location perfect for being off the busy ocean frontage, but close enough to pop in and out during day. Close to local vege and flower markets too. Very well equipped kitchen. Felt safe and secure."
