Stipe Residence on Podstranassa sijaitseva perheomisteinen guesthouse, jonka tilavissa ja ilmastoiduissa majoitustiloissa on suuri parveke ja näköala valkoiselle hiekkarannalle. Podstrana on pieni turistikaupunki vain 7 km:n päässä Splitistä. Ympäristö on välimerellinen, ja kirkas sininen meri on vain muutaman askeleen päässä ovelta. Voit aloittaa päiväsi nauttimalla aamiaisen parvekkeella ihaillen meren ylle paistavia auringonsäteitä. Omassa keittiössäsi voit niin ikään valmistaa omia ruokia tuoreista paikallisista raaka-aineista. Jos haluat syödä ulkona, paikallisissa ja rennoissa ravintoloissa ja majoitusliike-ravintoloissa toimittaaan maukkaimpia kroatialaisia erikoisuuksia. Koska ranta on niin lähistöllä, voit kätevästi harrastaa monia vesiurheilulajeja. Vaihtoehtoisesti voit uskaltautua hieman kauemmaksi ja tutustua Splitin vanhankaupungin nähtävyyksiin. Siellä voit vierailla museoissa, näyttelyissä ja Splitin kesäfestivaaleilla.

"Not a case of what I didn't like but there is a bit of a hill up to the accomdation from the main road, and if your staying in the loft theres about 3/4 sets of stairs to climb but well worth it for the views!"
